When will my order be shipped?

HOLD THE LINE watches are shipped on the next business day after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time: 5 -10 business days.

Can I return a custom watch?

HOLD THE LINE watches are sold as pre-designed models with fixed designs and engravings and cannot be returned once shipped. However, every watch is covered by a 3-year warranty on the movement and craftsmanship.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally via insured courier services (DHL/FedEx). International buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes in their destination country.
