At this stage, we finalize your design concept, personalization options, engravings, packaging, and all project details.
Our designers then create a complimentary design mockup of your future watch for your review and approval.
After the design mockup is approved, the watch enters production only after full payment is received.
PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL
After full payment is received, your watch enters production.
Each order undergoes quality control before shipping. Production time is approximately 7-10 days, depending on project complexity.
DELIVERY

Yes. We can develop a custom dial design based on your logo, emblem, unit insignia, artwork, or concept.
We offer both Japanese automatic mechanical and quartz movements. The available movement options depend on the watch model you choose. During the consultation, our manager will help you select the movement that best matches your preferences, budget, and intended use.
The custom watch process includes design development, revisions, manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
Once the design mockup is approved and full payment is received, production takes 7–10 business days. Delivery takes an additional 5–10 business days.
